Belfast’s premiere 5* Hotel, The Merchant have been trusting Retail Systems Technology (RST) to provide their EPOS systems and back office management software since their establishment in 2006 and have now renewed this contract based on the quality of service and products provided by RST.  The Merchant Hotel use RST’s EPoS System iTouch and Protel Hotel Management Software.

Sakura Japanese Restaurant, Belfast

It was all about turning Japanese last month as a brand new dining out and, indeed, takeaway concept hit the streets of Belfast.

The Sakura Japanese restaurant - the first Japanese restaurant in Northern Ireland to have an authentic 'sushi train' - officially opened.

The interior is sympathetically Japanese, using walnut and subtle organic colouring. RST installed three Senor 15" Robot POS Terminals.

Sakura's sushi conveyor belt, which came from Tokyo, reinforces the authenticity of the restaurant.

Manager Joe Tan is confident that the new sushi trend will be as successful in Belfast as in other major cities.
