Hotels work with each other and file their complete data in a joint SQL database. Each workstation within a hotel chain or group has direct online access to this central database. This offers a significant advantage
in that all data is available to all departments in all hotels in real time.

 

Central reservation


The individual hotels have access to their own data and, if required, to other hotels as well. The availability of all hotels is queried in real time and reservations are booked centrally online. With protel hotelsoftware® MPE budget data as well as price availability and configuration can be captured both centrally and from each connected hotel.

 

Central Sales & Marketing


Each guest, company and travel agent exists only once in the database of the hotel chain or group. If required, information that has been recorded in one hotel is available to all other hotels. All sales-relevant data regarding turnover, stays and reservations are available in central sales.

 

Central Reporting

Because only one database exists and work is performed exclusively online, reports are always real time assessments. A special access control system governs which data is visible to which hotels.
