iTouch POS Software - Back office provides a comprehensive suite of software to enable simple product file maintenance, screen changes and management reports on your EPOS System. Additional modules of this POS Software package include Stock Control, Customer Accounts, Loyalty, Home Delivery and Time & Attendance.
iTouch POS Software - Accounts
iTouch POS Software - Accounts module allows you to control your in-house accounts either credit accounts or debit (pre-paid) accounts. The EPOS system controls all aspects of accounts from database maintenance to customer invoices generated on the point-of-sale in either standard receipt format or A4 format.
Credit Accounts
Accounts can be given credit limits, when invoices are generated at the point-of-sale details are automatically transferred to the accounts module, invoices can be viewed drilled down and re-printed. Account statements, can be printed from the back office either for an individual account, all accounts or by a range of account groups. Manual credit or debit adjustments can be performed against an account from the back office PC. A full audit trail of all account transactions can be viewed/printed, includes Invoices, Credit Notes, Payments & Adjustments.
Debit Accounts
Account payments can be received either at the EPOS System terminal or in the Back Office. If a payment is received by post it can be entered in the Back Office, if received in person it can entered at the EPOS Terminal. When a transaction is performed on the point-of-sale the value is automatically deducted from the pre-paid amount on a customer's account. Accounts can be fianlised by using either alpha numeric codes, Magnetic swipe cards, barcode cards or bio-metric fingerprint. Preset discounts can be applied to specific departments so that discount can be applied on a certain range of products but not on another e.g. 5% off food but not drinks. Preferential discounting structure encourages transactions from account customers or members.
iTouch POS Software - Stock Control
Studies show that an average of 4% of inventory in retail is lost through shrinkage caused by internal or external theft. Stock control allows complete tracking of stock items from ordering through to delivery, routine physical stock takes can isolate shrinkage and greatly deter internal theft.
Purchase Orders
Fully integrated purchase orders generate suggested orders for suppliers based on optimum stock levels or manual order quantities. Orders can be printed, emailed or exported to suppliers.
Deliveries
Purchase orders can be easily recalled and ordered quantities accepted or ammended, stock levels are then automatically updated against products. Alternatively on the fly orders can be delivered directly to stock.
Returns / Wastage
Any stock which has to be returned to suppliers can be inputted in either cases, units or both automatically adjusting stock levels. If a product is wasted or damaged these can also be entered reducing theoretical stock levels.
Transfers
Multi branch stock locations can be configured within the system enabling stock to be delivered to a central location or multiple locations. Transfers automatically transfers stock out of one location and into another and simplifies the process.
Stock Taking
Physical stock taking enables the input of actual stock levels either manually or using a hand-held stocktaking device. Stock takes can be limited to certain products, groups of products or all products and can be performed over any required period, daily, weekly, monthly or anything in between. Variance reports automaticaly highlight any discrepancies between actual stock levels and theoretical stock levels meaning you can pinpoint any variances at a glance.
iTouch POS Software - Customer Loyalty
The iTouch POS Software - Customer Loyalty module consists of a complete customer database which captures relevant customer details, custom fields can be configured to capture specific information which can be used for marketing campaigns.
Flexible points schemes are used to determine how many points are issued for point-of-sale transactions, points can be determined by individual products or overall spend. Customers swipe their magnetic card, place their finger on the biometric reader or scan their bardcode fob to assign points to their customer id via the EPOS System.
Redemption of points takes place at the point-of-sale and again can be customised to meet your requirements, points can be redeemed for monetary value and assigned as either part payment or complete payment of POS transactions.
A complete transaction history is held for each customer and transactions can be reviewed or printed. Custom reports can be generated or mail merge documents created based on customer details and spending patterns.
iTouch POS Software - Home Delivery Module
iTouch POS Software - Delivery module controls your cutomer deliveries from tracking incoming calls to despatch by delivery drivers.
Call Logger
A telephone call logger can be linked to the phone which will display details of incoming phone calls on the EPOS System, if an existing customer calls their details are displayed on the EPOS System screen, which include transaction history and last order. Orders can be placed as Delivery or Collection, orders can be sent immediately or held for manually sending to the kitchen printers or screen. New customers can be easily added to the database using a simple postcode interface.
Delivery / Collection List
When an order is placed an operator can view all orders either Delivery or Collection, including name, delivery area, transaction value and the time the order was placed, operators can drill down to view complete transaction details and reprint receipts. When an order has been prepared they can be despatched to a Delivery Driver which will print. At the end of a drivers shift or run their orders can be reconciled with the money returned.
