Systems Support Specialist (Protel PMS)  -Derry   (Ref: 090710) Jul 10

The Role

 You will be responsible for supporting Protel PMS. You will be involved in new site installations and training as well as providing remote and on-site support to our existing customers.

You will need to be energetic and have ambition and drive as well as being a good communicator and possessing excellent organisational skills. Ideally the suitable candidate will have hotel background and will be looking to progress from a hotel based front office role.  Experience in Protel or other Property Management Systems would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given. A full, clean driving licence is required.

Support Coordinator (Maternity Cover) - Derry   (Ref: 090709) Jul 10

The Role

This role is office-based. You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Support Centre. This involves answering and allocating support calls as well as scheduling installations. You will be responsible for licensing i-Touch EPoS and controlling workshop repairs. You will be responsible for issuing contract renewals and ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met.

The Person

You will need to be energetic and have ambition and drive as well as being a good communicator and possessing excellent organisational skills. Ideally the suitable candidate will have a background in hospitality and be PC literate as well as familiar with EPoS or PMS systems. Experience in a similar role supporting Electronic Point of Sale or Property Management Systems would be an advantage.

Systems Support Specialist   -Derry   (Ref: 090711) Jul 10

Position available for an enthusiastic and customer services orientated individual required to join a busy team supporting EPOS systems. You will be responsible for supporting our PC based Touch Screen systems and Point Of Sale Software. The job will entail project managing customer installations, as well as on-going support and service calls. Sucessfull candidate will report to the Support Manager who is responsible for co-ordinating customer support. You will be confident with PC networking and Microsoft Windows products and experience in a similar role would be desirable. Full product training will be provided. You must have good communication skills.

Requirements 

• You will have a good understanding of PC Networks and PCs.
• This role will suit someone who is already a solid user of Windows XP, MS Office, IE6/7, and other windows based applications.
• PC based hardware knowledge would be an advantage
• Full clean driving licence
• Good customer orientated communication skills
