Payment terminals are supplied on a monthly payment agreement. Returns are only accepted where permitted under your terminal hire and/or payment services contract, including any minimum term or early termination conditions.

Our payment terminals are provided on a monthly agreement rather than sold as one-off retail products. Because of this, returns and cancellations are governed by the terms of your agreement.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.

Important notes

Business-to-business supply: Payment terminals are supplied under a business agreement. “Change of mind” returns and consumer cooling-off rights do not apply unless required by law.
