FAQ

How do I find the GuestDiary username and password?

The 4 digit number in the GuestDiary browser address bar is the username, and the long API key shown in the success window is the password.

Do room upgrades always need to be mapped in GuestDiary?

Not always. The group description and item description are already brought across on the reservation invoice, but mapping room upgrades is still the supported configuration.
