POS About Settings
Use the About screen to find version and configuration information that support may ask for when investigating a POS terminal.
Device and software
- App Version shows the installed POS application version.
- Device Id identifies the physical or installed POS device.
- Program Model identifies the program model currently loaded on the terminal.
Pairing information
- Organisation shows the organisation the POS is paired with.
- Company shows the paired company.
- Branch shows the paired branch.
- Terminal shows the terminal record assigned to this device.
When contacting support, include the app version, device ID, company, branch, and terminal where possible. This helps support identify the correct POS quickly.
