POS Hotel Integration Settings
Use Hotel Integration settings to open the dedicated PMS workspace for health checks, mapping diagnostics, room-charge history, and posting recovery.
Hotel Integration summary
The summary panel shows the current PMS status and highlights how many issues currently need attention. Choose Open PMS Workspace to investigate the detail.
PMS workspace tabs
- Health Check shows current PMS readiness based on configured targets, mapping state, and recent room-charge or posting attempts.
- Mappings is used to review mapping diagnostics.
- Room Charges is used to review room-charge activity.
- Posting History is used to review recent PMS posting attempts.
Reading PMS issues
Issues are listed with the affected transaction reference, status, and recommended action. For example, a CloseInvoice not successful issue means the sale is safe locally, but the PMS posting needs to retry or be investigated because the PMS may be unavailable.
Do not re-enter a sale manually unless support or site procedure confirms that the PMS posting will not retry. The POS may already hold the sale safely and be waiting for the PMS to become available.
