Program models
Program models show changes made in Back Office that have not yet been committed to POS. These are pending changes waiting to be sent to tills.
After the changes are sent from Back Office, they are picked up on POS either by using Get Update, or automatically at the next end of day or POS restart.
Send changes to tills
- Click the Update tills button in the top corner of the management console.
- You will be taken to the send changes page.
- Click Send changes to commit the listed Back Office changes for POS.
- An email is sent to confirm that the changes have been sent.
- On POS, use Get Update to apply the changes immediately, or wait for the next end of day or restart.
All Back Office changes must be updated to tills before they will work successfully on POS.
