FAQs
Why is a reservation marked as unconfirmed?
This usually means the booking came through a channel that requires payment or card details, but the guest has not yet completed that step.
Can I change the table or time for a reservation?
Yes, but not from this screen. Use the POS or Diary module to make changes.
How do I record a no-show?
No-shows are marked from POS or during the guest arrival process.
Can I add notes or edit guest contact info?
Yes, but that is done from POS or Diary when editing the reservation.
