How do I stop online bookings completely for a one off date range?
Temporarily stop bookings
You can temporarily suspend online bookings for specific dates because of private events, staffing constraints, maintenance, or other availability issues.
Option 1. Table close outs
- Go to Settings > Tables > Areas.
- Edit the required table area.
- Open Table Close Outs on the left.
- Set Date From and Date To with the times you want the closure to apply.
- Click Save.
- Use Update Tills and Send Changes to apply it to POS and the reservations widget.
If the Tables selection is left blank, all online bookings for the whole table area are disabled. If you choose specific tables, only those tables are blocked.
Option 2. Time profile exceptions
- Go to Settings > Time Profiles.
- Edit the time profile used by the service.
- Add an exception with the required start and end date and time.
- Click Generate Slots.
- Click Save.
- Use Update Tills and Send Changes.
The widget browser must be refreshed to show the change. Allow up to two minutes for updates to apply.
