You may have already received your invitation email — if not, it will be arriving shortly. This invite includes:

  • A link to download the app via the App Store or Google Play

  • A unique invite code to register your account

Registration

Once you’ve received your invitation email:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play

  2. Open the app and tap Register

  3. Enter your Invite Code from the email and tap Next

  4. Choose a secure password

  5. Confirm the password and tap Next

  6. You’re now logged in and ready to top up!

FAQs

Do I have to use the app?
No — but it’s a convenient way to view your balance, top up, and see recent transactions. You're welcome to continue using your preferred top-up method if it remains available.

Which payment methods are supported in the app?
You can use all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my personal information secure?
Yes. The app is provided by Retail Systems Technology Ltd, a PCI DSS Level 1 Certified Service Provider. All data is handled in line with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act requirements.

How do I delete my account or request data removal?
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Simply go to Settings → Delete My Account within the app.
