Card-Not-Present (CNP) and Mail Order / Telephone Order (MOTO)
Transactions processed as Card-Not-Present (CNP), including Mail Order and Telephone Order (MOTO) transactions, are excluded from the quoted blended rates and are charged at the following rates. These rates apply equally to transactions processed in GBP and EUR.

Transactions processed via Pay by Link are treated as Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions and are charged at the applicable Pay by Link blended rates set out below. These rates apply equally to transactions processed in GBP and EUR and include consumer and business debit and credit card payments unless otherwise stated.

Transactions processed through iWantFed Online Ordering are treated as Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions and are charged at the applicable iWantFed blended rates set out below. These rates apply equally to transactions processed in GBP and EUR and include consumer and business debit and credit card payments unless otherwise stated. Orders paid in cash on collection or delivery do not incur any card processing fees.

Transactions processed via QR Bill, where customers scan a QR code at the table or on a presented bill to complete payment on their own device, are treated as Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions and are charged at the applicable QR Bill blended rates set out below. These rates apply equally to transactions processed in GBP and EUR and include consumer and business debit and credit card payments unless otherwise stated.

Transactions processed through TapaTable in connection with reservations, including reservation deposits, pre-orders, advance payments and any applicable no-show or cancellation charges, are treated as Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions and are charged at the applicable TapaTable blended rates set out below.
