Yes — it’s perfect for outdoor and high-traffic areas where staff or terminals may be limited. It works anywhere with Wi-Fi or 4G coverage.

Where do the orders appear?

Orders are sent instantly to TapaPOS. They appear on your POS, kitchen printers or Tapa KDS screens — just like normal orders entered at the till.

How do customers pay?

Guests can pay securely at the table using Apple Pay, Google Pay or any major debit or credit card. Payments are processed via TapaPay and automatically recorded in TapaPOS and Tapa Office.

What setup is required?

Setup is simple — enable At Table Order in TapaPOS, generate your QR codes from Tapa Office, and assign them to tables or service areas. You can be live in minutes.

What hardware do I need?

No new hardware is needed. At Table Order runs on guests’ own devices and integrates with your existing TapaPOS, printers and kitchen screens.

Can I track sales and performance?

Yes — all At Table Order sales feed directly into Tapa Office for live reporting, analysis and reconciliation. You can view data by table, time period or category.

Do customers get a receipt?

Yes — customers automatically receive a digital receipt after payment. You can also print receipts on request from TapaPOS.

Does it work offline?

At Table Order requires an internet connection to sync with TapaPOS. If the connection drops temporarily, orders queue and automatically resend once service resumes.
